Well Tax Hike
As everyone knows already, tax hike in Maryland is today. Thankfully i really didn't know a difference in purchases yet. I guess you will notice a larger tax when you go out and buy something really big or something really expensive. So my question is what do you think the Governor should have done instead of raising taxes? What do you think they should do to get a hold of the debt and diminish it?? Without raising taxes or do you think it was good that they did it??? Well i would like to hear some opinions.

Its proven time and time again that raising taxes actually reduces revenue into the treasury. If they want to increase revenue, cut taxes, which spurs the economy, or cut spending to trim the deficit. O'Guvnah can't whine about the deficit while simultaneously add over $1Billion in NEW spending! Keep in mind he inherited a $1 Billion surplus and inside of 1 year turned it into a $1.7 Billion deficit!
With the rising costs of everything, adding tax on top of that is...well..taxing. LOL. We live close enough to the state line that we can shop in DE.
