That would be the "Burnside" Bridge at Antietnam Battlefield National Park, crossing Antietam Creek on the southeast corner of the battlefield.

CORRECT!
This photo is taken from the confederate side of the bridge near one of the "rifle pits" still visible at the site. This battle is also known in the South as the "Battle of Shepardstown"
Antietam was the bloodiest "single" day of the civil war.
