Death row
I do not understand maybe you guys can help me out. Today wboc has an article up about Kentucky lethal injections for inmates. The inmate are basically arguing about having it less painful. I am sorry but if you are on death row for committing a crime killing someone else because you broke into there home or they broke up with you and you went crazy and killed them. Did they ask you to let it be less painful????? I don't understand i am pretty sure New Jersey just dropped the death penalty. Why have murders and killers on death row for the rest of there life and not have the death penalty?? The victims did not have a chance or a say when and how they died. I just don't think it is right when you kill someone you still get so many privileges. Well before i go on and on what do you think??? Do you think there should or shouldn't be lethal injections or do you think there should be something else instead????

Well, maybe I'll change my mind someday, but for now, I believe that a person who takes a life should be executed the same way. Shot, stabbed, burned to death, bludgeoned...whatever.
It should be an "EYE FOR AN EYE", and they should die and or be killed the way they killed the person who they killed. Raped, child rape or just anything they should all be shot in the F***ing head.
Thank you i am glad i am not the only one who feels this way. I cant stand how these rapist and murders get away with what they do. Than we place them in jail 3 meals a day and giving them all kinds of activities and there victim did not have a choice. But they get luxuries.

Well i totally disagree with you soapbox. I am american but have to work with some people from other countries, at least people from other countries will kick the shit out of a robber, rapest, murderer etc.... before the police get there and the thing with that is the police take their time to get there so the public could get there 2 cents in. This is coming from friends i have met from the Philipenes, Africa, and Guana, good for them thats what i call justice, and that is why there is a low crime rate. Let someone come into my house uninvited and they will not be leaving alive, these days and times you have to kill the bastards, so they cant sue you.

I agree with Soapbox. Capital crime deserves capital punishment but let's not lower ourselves to the level of the criminal element, it should be done as humanely as possible.
I do think the appeals process should be limited especially in the cases where there is no doubt about who committed the offense.
New Jersey just eliminated their death penalty. There must be some wealthy people in New Jersey to afford to keep inmates incarcerated for life sentences with the estimated cost of housing one inmate anywhere from $24K to $70K per year depending on the state and the age/meedical/mental health of the inmate.
Was that anonymous post Runaround Sue? I believe in the death penalty, however, watching court TV there are cases where innocent men have spent years in jail because the state's attorney didn't want to bother correcting a wrong. I saw a show about a crack head who ID'd a man just for the TIP money.
If everyone believes this than why is it an issue? I will tell you why, because we all sit here bitch about it and let the tree huggers of america make the decisions for us. They are the same ones that will protest wars and call our American soldiers baby killers, protest funerals and we do nothing but bitch about it. They are imbeded in the goverment, running for presidency and we do nothing but let the news and tree huggers get away with it. They are about 10% of the country that want God taken out of the schools, and we let them, they want God off the money and we will do nothing.
WE ALL, need to stop bitching on blogs and start telling people our opinions and be pro active towards poloticians. The same poloticians who take money for elections and say they do no favors for the ones they take money from.

No this is "KATLADY" if they admit to it and they do find the them guilty, then they need to be put to death. Humanely NO
and yes, why have them sit in jail the rest of their lives with 3 meals a day, schooling, warm bed, and the luxuries of living, well if it was my family member, there wouldn't have to be a trial or judge or jury.
well now there will be a lot of crime in NJ, cause they will know whatever crime they do they will just be put in jail so they can live their lives out.
