Well down in Baltimore an 8 year old boy was awarded $6 million dollars. Well this would be cool and everything young and rich but the boy was declared permanent brain damage from lead paint. A Baltimore Realty company has to pay up. The grandmother made several complaints but they did not do nothing about it. The young gentleman had 2 the amount of lead into his system. This is ridiculous they should have to pay and than some. This young boy has a rough road ahead of him. Money wont cure being brain damaged. The court did an excellent job. Now maybe other realty companies will get the clue and fix there problems.

EXPLOSION

Well down in Florida there was an explosion. The reason why i am reporting this is because the nature. In Florida there is a high population of roaches. Well one local man who wants to get rid of them set off 6 foggers in his house. Left the house and did not turn off the pilot lights. Well the explosion according to the next door neighbor sounded like a vehicle crashing into the front porch of his house. The final result was his roof blew off than cam down slightly turned now the only thing holding the roof is gravity. Word to the wise when you have a small house don't need all those foggers. Second read the caution label before using those type of devices. Well what do you guys think????????

Finding $12,000

Imagine moving into an apartment and finding a nice $12,000 in the refrigerator. Well this came true for a couple who just moved into there new apartment. Janesville, Wis. there is a lucky couple. They are hoping they can keep the money. No one has called to claim the cash yet. The couple were asked what they would do with the money they both agreed to spend it on the bills.

The previous renters were charges with drug trafficking so there is a chance that they might not be able to keep the cash.

Man i wish i could have moved in and find the cash in a refrigerator like that. My luck is that there will be bills to be paid or the refrigerator wont work than i have to buy a new one.

$38 of Stolen Gas

In Pineville Ky $38 dollars is what a sheriff deputy and his k-9 companion lost there lives over. Teenagers in a car fled Exxon after not paying for the gas that they pumped. Led police on a chase the chase came to an end after striking a parked police car killing the deputy and his k-9 inside. Sad thing one of the fellow deputies who knew this officer since a young age held his hand while his friend his partner died. This sickens the hell out of me. The two teenagers inside of course walks away with minor injuries. They need to be charged and never see the light of day again. The driver was 17 and the passenger was 16. What the hell were these kids thinking. Stealing gas than leading police on a chase than killing a deputy and his k-9. These kids knew what they were doing and understood the results. I cant believe it is all over $38 dollars. But you know what gets me angry these kids will be jailed for only so long and than be back on the streets.

Why the hell are people so sick and demented. I cant wait till they get what they deserve. They need to have something done to them. i don't know if it starts when there kids and it furthers along the sickness to adulthood.

Acid on a Slide????????

A Baltimore County judge sentenced two teenage boys Tuesday for pouring a caustic chemical on a playground slide that burned a little boy.
The judge sentenced them to home detention and supervised probation. They must also do 500 hours of community service and reimburse Baltimore County $700. That is what the county spent on clean up.


A 3 year old boy had second and 3rd degree burns on legs and back.

I can not understand why teenagers are doing this kind of stuff. Can someone explain to me do you fault the teenagers or do you fault the parents??????

What can go thru these kids mind to do sorta of thing. I never once even came close to think that. To cause harm to another for the heck of it.

Detention Center Hanging

Well detention center had a inmate trying to commit suicide. He tried hanging himself at this time the victim is breathing don't know the extent on the injuries right now. The guards found the inmate on the 30 minute round check. More details will be added to this post when information comes available.

During the football game Patriots vs Giants. Well many were watching the game. When Vince Wilfork from the New England Patriots came up to the New York Giant and decided to put his finger thru the face mask and poke the Giants player eye. Well yes this happened several weeks ago well i was unsure and curious in to what actually happened to him. There was no penalty against him during the game. But the NFL did charge him $15,000, for unsportsmanlike conduct. Wow $15,000 for poking at someones eye. Well i thought this was interesting have not heard any follows up on this issue but here it is.

Joe Gibbs Resigned!!!!!!!!!

Sadly for some Head coach Joe Gibbs has resigned from the Redskins. Wow he brought the team thru rough years and now he finally pulls the team thru the playoffs. It is a shock that he did resign. He just signed a 5 year contract in 2004 for $27.5 million dollars. Wow with that 27.5 million i would just do it for 5 years and retire and relax for the rest of my life. I would be grateful for that kind of contract price wouldn't you?????? A shocking news today!!!!!

Free Discount Drug Cards

Well Wicomico County is offering in about two weeks free drug discount cards to county residences. It will cut back about 20% percent in cost at the register for pharmacy. A company called Caremark and Association of counties came up with the plan. Worcester county is expected to join. I think it is a good thing for them to come out with. I don't know how it will be given out either mail or you have to pick them up. But any kind of help with cost of medicine is a big help. Especially for the average family and those who are not covered for any insurance. Will this help i think so, is there more they need to be done about rising medicine cost???? Dam right !!! Well stay tuned for more details and updates.

Death row

I do not understand maybe you guys can help me out. Today wboc has an article up about Kentucky lethal injections for inmates. The inmate are basically arguing about having it less painful. I am sorry but if you are on death row for committing a crime killing someone else because you broke into there home or they broke up with you and you went crazy and killed them. Did they ask you to let it be less painful????? I don't understand i am pretty sure New Jersey just dropped the death penalty. Why have murders and killers on death row for the rest of there life and not have the death penalty?? The victims did not have a chance or a say when and how they died. I just don't think it is right when you kill someone you still get so many privileges. Well before i go on and on what do you think??? Do you think there should or shouldn't be lethal injections or do you think there should be something else instead????

Are you kidding me?????

Well you really don't have to like the government, hate the government, or like or hate what is going on in toady's world. There is several facts we all know about what is going on in today's life. There is one thing that kinda shocked me tonight when i was watching D.C. news. Hilliary Clinton who is running for president stated when she gets inaugurated into the White House she is going to talk to everybody about troop withdraw in 60 days. I am sorry there is no possible way of doing that. When a war is fought you cant just pull out troops in a snap. What does that show for our country who lost countless lives and our soldiers and now someone just wants to yank all them out. I have nothing against her personally. But the tactics are insane i think. I don't think it is a good thing for her to do that. I will say it would be great to bring the troops home. I would love to see all the troops come home but in reality if it was that type of world great but it is not. I am going to say she is thinking on the right track but it is not a smart thing to do.

But that is my opinions, that why i am going to ask everyone else what do you think about her statement????

What would you like to see done???? and or what is a good plan??????

Terrible Accident

My heart goes out for the family and the personnel on the scene last night on dagsboro rd. I feel bad for what has happened and what those fireman have to deal with after a accident like that. I am not going to be placing pics up here just to respect the family. It is a rough thing to deal with when you just got over the holidays and a New Year and something like this hits and now you are stunned. Now the family is going to have to deal with this every time the New Year rings in. There is alot that can be done to avoid such horrific accidents, Each and every time you go out to get in your car buckle up, drive slower, take your time. Not saying that they should have done it just a little thing for everyone to just remember things like this happens. There is nothing worst than getting that phone call that your friend or family has died in a accident.

I had to deal with a telephone call telling me one of my friends died in a accident. It was a hard thing to deal with. Drivers need to be more careful and need to be more alert it is just my opinion.

I am sorry that this has happen to the family.

Well Tax Hike

As everyone knows already, tax hike in Maryland is today. Thankfully i really didn't know a difference in purchases yet. I guess you will notice a larger tax when you go out and buy something really big or something really expensive. So my question is what do you think the Governor should have done instead of raising taxes? What do you think they should do to get a hold of the debt and diminish it?? Without raising taxes or do you think it was good that they did it??? Well i would like to hear some opinions.

Pull Over!!!!!!!

Very weird , how about getting pulled over in California for obeying the speed limit. Police in Rancho Cordova, California are pulling people over for good driving and issuing $5 gift cards to them. Good news that these gift cards are from Starbucks and were generated by local business owners. A police officer came up with the idea to get some holiday spirit going. Very weird and a little crazy. but hey gives a bonus to driving right????

All the Shopping Over????

Well with all the holidays passed and the holiday time with employees having off and school going in back to full swing life is pretty much returning to normal until the next big event. How many people went ahead and would like to see holidays around more. Not for the time off or for the presents. But how the people act toward each other. There is one thing when Holiday season is around people are nice. Than when holiday season is over people get grumpier or rude. But you can agree there is just that couple people who stay grumpy and rude all year round. It would be nice just to go to a store and have the cheer or happiness on people faces all year round than just the month or so. What do you all think????? What is your opinion???

Felony MVC

Well heading back to Salisbury on rt 50 east. Traffic came to a stand still. I was 5 cars back from an accident. The traffic went to one lane on the left side. I got out of my vehicle to see if everyone was alright the first car i came to the gentleman fled the scene. Witnesses saw him running into the fields. The second car was about 50 feet away on the shoulder an elderly woman shaken up. Thank god for her she was not hurt at all. Multiple police agencies and Easton FD responded. The elderly woman was not transported. MVC caused minor delays with the right lane on rt 50 east shut down for a period of time. More news coming soon on this Felony Accident.

FIRST 2008 BABY!!!!!!!!!

SALISBURY, Md.- A Princess Anne, Md. couple kicked off the New Year with the birth of a baby baby.
Luke Lawson Lynch was the first baby born at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury this year. The 8-pound boy arrived shortly after midnight.
The baby's parents, Shannon and Bill Lynch, said they were surprised and joked that Luke missed the 2007 tax deadline.
"We thought that we just missed the tax write-off. But he came when he was ready to come," said Shannon.
Baby Luke will have plenty of company at home. His parents have five other children. They say Luke is their last baby.

Chief Keenan

There is a lot of things in the blog world going around about Chief Keenan. All i would like to say is that Chief Keenan is a good man and i would love to see him return to the fire dept. He has a lot of intelligence and a lot of respect for everyone. I have nothing but good to say about the gentleman. No one should have anything derogatory or negative to say about him. He has helped a lot of people and helped so many people no matter who it was or no matter how it is going to affect him. He took due regard to everything he did. The man was one of the best Chiefs Salisbury had to offer.
